This to me is a safety issue where I can't open that side slide . Should be a recall seeing all that have been complaining on same issue I don't want my door smashed by a dealership to get it fixed that is what I heard they do was told to bring to bodyshop to which I can't afford to do. This is a problem the company should be addressing and fixing free of charge to their customers. I have tried the hold the lock in place and hit unlock and lock on my key won't open it...

I love my van and would love to recommend it to others but not if this is going to happen to them ...thanks!
