The finishes on all Chrysler/ Dodge, most likely the glycol, in the clear coat is usually the culprit, especially when salt water environments, and the sun, breaks down that glycol. And causes it to blister. That's been since early 1980, base coat/clear coat, one would think Chrysler/Dodge would have modified the formula to prevent this from happening. Decent vehicle, I love the cargo space that you can create....from a fine touring model at that, be nice to have a fine finish without flaws.
