all 4 tires bald on the outside
Only 25,000 miles and need alignment, and 4 new tires. Incredible what chrysler puts on these vehicles, we expect to get what we paid for, not a lemon. Please NOTE I first went to 2 independent shops they both checked and both stated the same thing, the alignment is accurate and is within the manufacturer's specifications. They also told me these tires used are the worst ones around, and they did not try to sell me anything just gave me an honest checkup, and useful information. chrysler should be shut down or pay back every customer the full price they paid for each new vehicle purchased with these problems
Update from Jun 29, 2015: I had to save money to purchase new tires the dealer should have had to replace since the tires were all flat and they installed the cheapest tires possible, Yokohama garbage. I went to Mavis tire discount and purchased 4 Goodyear fuel max tires and had the wheel alignment done all costing me around $700.00. These guys were more professional than the dam Chrysler dealer. I have had them installed for about 2 months now and it seems to ride better than when it was new and as a bonus with these tires I have confirmed and 2 months of testing I am getting 5 MPG more using these tires. Thanks to Mavis and Good year, maybe they should start making Good Year cars I would buy one.I hope my information has helped someone.
