The contact owns a 2010 Chrysler Town and country. The contact stated that the automatic doors on this model does not have motion sensors. The tailgate fell on the contact's head. The contact stated if the vehicle had motion sensors the tailgate would have reopened. Also the sliding doors on both sides have on occasion closed on the contact's hand cause server damage. The contact stated with the motion sensors the sliding doors would have reopen when someone enters the path way. The contact stated motion sensors are needed due to the contacts handicap condition. The contact called the manufacturer regarding motion sensor that were provided on the previous model and the dealer stated that feature is not available on the 2010 model.
