After locking the vehicle, the passenger's side sliding door would open independently. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer luther brookdale Chrysler located at 8188 brooklyn blvd, brooklyn park, mn 55445, who was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was 118,000.
2010 Chrysler Town & Country. Consumer writes in regards to defective sliding door not closing properly. The consumer stated the door jammed open on several occasions. The consumer had to slide a screw driver into the latch in order to release it, so the door would close.
