Van bought 8/20/10 with 10 miles on odometer. 3rd row seat (leather) has missing stitches, rear a/c unit not working. Dealer took pictures of 3rd row seat issue and sent/faxed to Chrysler to see how it was going to fixed- that was when they (dealer) discovered an error in part #. Has been at the dealership 2 times SO FAR for a total of 6 days but not fixed. Wrong seat cover was sent as was wrong AC unit. Dealer stated that the wrong AC unit was put in at factory and that has been some of the problem. The seat cover that was sent was wrong color. Have been told that according to the vin # the van does not have a 3rd row seat and is not a stow N'go. THEN we were told that the problem is that the wrong part #'s are in the computer - they do not match with a T & C special edition model.
I am concerned that since there is already problems, what happens when other parts need to be replaced? Will the dealer have the van more that I do. I have had to get a rental 2 times (dealer paying) but find it is a bit pain in the !!!
