My wife and I have had multiple issues with the vehicle not starting when it is cold and raining. We don't live in a very cold environment but it is cold enough to bother the vehicle. It will turn over and act like a starter has gone bad but will not even try to crank. After a few key cycles, prayers, and gripes it will usually start right up. Sometimes you have to turn it on and off and remove the key. Very intermittent but definitely annoying. I have see other people complain about this on Chrysler boards and the consensus is the (TIPM) Totally Integrated Power Module. (the black box with all of your fuses in it)
