This vehicle is included in the L25 and R03 recalls in which the vehicle's engine can shut off "and increase the risk of a crash." I have contacted the service department of the dealership several times and am told each time that there are limited parts, they are currently out, and they do not know when/if they will receive the parts to repair my vehicle. I contacted Chrysler's corporate recall customer service department, and was told the same thing. I am now forced to drive my children around in an unsafe vehicle, until when/if parts ever become available. There is absolutely no time frame in which an adequate number of parts will be shipped, or any way to track or tell when the dealership will receive it. I am forced to call everyday to check and see if I can get my vehicle fixed.

This is a complaint as I have received 2 different recalls involving the same problem and the dealer still is unable to order parts. I received recall L25 in 2011 and recall RO3 06/06/15. (my understanding is that the recall R03 replaces L25). I was told last year (twice) that parts were still not available for recall L25. After getting recall R03 that deals with same issue, I went to dealer on 06/10/15 and they confirmed that parts are not available. This vehicle issue can cause the key (fobik) to move from on to "accessory", shutting done the engine while driving, causing an accident. This vehicle is driven daily by my wife and my two kids as passengers. Waiting 4 years for recall L25 is unacceptable and putting my family and others in danger.!..updated 08/13/15 the consumer stated the dealer finally received the parts and corrected the issue.
