The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler Town and country equipped with Continental conti pro contact tires, size: 225/55R17 (na). While attempting to enter the vehicle, the contact noticed that the rear passenger tire was flat. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the tread was separated on the tire, and the other tires were exhibiting the same failure. The tires were replaced. The tires were replacement tires. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate vehicle failure mileage was 105,932 and the tire failure mileage was 30,000.
