The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler Town and country. The contact stated that every time she drives her vehicle and attempts to stop, the vehicle hesitates with a couple of feet of braking distance before it finally stops. The vehicle has been taken to the dealer three times regarding this failure. The first time, the dealer stated that the rear rotors were out of spec and they repaired the rear rotors. The second and third times, the dealer stated that the vehicle needed a software update to the transmission. The dealer has not yet created the update and did not know when it would be created. The speed was unknown. The current mileage was 2,400 and failure mileage was 4.
