The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler Town and country. The contact stated that while driving approximately 25 mph when she made a right turn the vehicle went to the left and onto a sidewalk. While the vehicle accelerated across the road it left a deep indentation in the asphalt. The contact and passenger suffered minor injuries in the crash. The air bags did deploy. Upon inspection it was discovered that the frame on the vehicle was cracked in half and part of it is hanging down. The vehicle was towed to her residence until the insurance company advised her what steps to take. Chrysler had not been contacted at the time of the complaint. The failure and current mileages were approximately 66,000.
