The passenger side sliding door lock does not respond to the remote or inside control for locking and unlocking. It only works when controlled manually.
My 2007 T & C minivan has a faulty door latch assembly on the rear passenger slide door. The Chrysler dealerships replace on average 5 of these a week. You cannot go to the junk yard and get a replacement part, they are updating with brand parts because all the old parts are defective. The door will not pop up or down with the automatic locks. This is a chronic problem and it should be a recalll. The part is $400+ and the labor is $200+ just for a lock!
