After an known design flaw broke the low pressure side of the AC (Will add as another complaint), we had it fixed. The AC worked great and the family was cool for about 2 weeks. THEN.... while driving down a dirt road (yes- a bumpy dirt road) the proverbial black cat cross our path. Random electrical issues
Update from May 30, 2015: The odd thing is it is cyclic. The driver side front turn signal stops working causing the rear to flash faster. Then the passenger side does the same with the fog lights going out. Within about 5 minutes tops the A/C begins to blow hot air. The car is turned off for a few hours and then it will begin all over again. There were a few times when the A/C did not work and the turn signals would work.
I have checked all connections, fuses, and tried to rest the electrical system. FAILURES!!! I have stumped about 5 mechanics, a father-in-law (Awesome guy), and a pet chicken named Raven. After researching this failure by Chrysler and seeing the multitude of electrical issues and cost of repairs - GOODBYE CHRYSLER. We will be staying with Toyota. 150000 miles regular oil changes, one cable change, and one belt change great system. (Brake pads not included - That's just NASCAR driving)
If anyone has anyone has a productive suggestion on the origin of the issue or a solution please let me know!!!
