The contact owns a 2006 Chrysler Town and country. While driving 40 mph, the vehicle suddenly swerved to the left and the contact could not control the vehicle. He applied the brakes, but the vehicle continued to swerve. The vehicle did not respond to the braking system. He slid off the paved road and into a dirt road, causing the vehicle to slow down and gradually stop. The vehicle was towed to the dealer and they stated that the front control arm on the driver side wheel was detached. The vehicle is currently at the dealer, but has not been repaired. The current and failure mileages were 24,000.
