The contact owns a 2006 Chrysler Town and country. While driving approximately 40 mph at night on normal road conditions, suddenly, the headlights flickered and became inoperable. The driver pulled over to the side of the road with caution. The vehicle was towed to an authorized dealer for inspection and replaced the headlight switch. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer on twelve separate occasions for the identical failure. The battery and headlight switch were replaced. The failures continued to occur and there were no resolutions. The VIN was unavailable. The failure mileage was 8,300.
