The contact owns a 2006 Chrysler Town & Country. The contact stated that the air conditioner, rear right door baby latch and the climate control have stopped working. The contact stated that the vehicle continued to burn oil and the climate control failed. The vehicle feels that the failure was related to an electrical issue, but the dealer has repeatedly stated that the vehicle does not have any problems. The dealer also stated that the oil was burning normally. The failure mileage was 40000 and the current mileage was 61000.
I bought a 2006 Town and country LX in May 17, 2006. Shortly after a year I had to replace my brakes, not only my pads were gone but the rotor was damaged and I never even got a warning, than April 2008 I had to replace my power steering bracket. In May 2009 again my brakes and rotors were gone. June 1st 2009 my van died. I had to buy a new battery. July 29 my driver side mirror fell down. And now August 7 my front A/C wont work but the back does.
The contact owns a 2006 Chrysler Town and country ls. While driving 25-30 mph, the air conditioner failed due to a default in the rear evaporator. The dealer confirmed and estimated that the new unit arrival would not be in stock until August 4, 2008. The dealer also stated that the vehicle was not under recall nor would the deductible be waived to cover the repair costs. The failure mileage was 50,000 and current mileage was 50,450.
