: the contact stated there were 1/8 inch deep puckers in the sidewalls of all four tires. The vehicle was taken to a service dealer. The tires were inspected and deemed unsafe due to a flaw which was not discussed with the contact. The tire manufacturer was notified and authorized replacement of the tires. Updated 9/20/2006 -
