CarComplaints.com Notes: What the heck happened here? A year after getting our "seal of pretty good" for the 2004, Chrysler turns around and delivers this crapwagon.

This minivan has problems ranging from rack and pinion steering failure to door locks that won't let you out. And trust me, you'll want to get out.

The rotors on my new town and country wore out before the 12,000 mark but not knowing I waited to bring it in for the next oil change. By that time the mileage was 12300 and Chrysler would not cover the repair. I had to pay to have them resurfaced. The mechanic told me that Chrysler uses cheap parts from CHINA!!!! I thought this was an American car! When I complained to Chrysler they said "Thanks for the information we'll use it to better serve customers in the future?!"
