CarComplaints.com Notes: What the heck happened here? A year after getting our "seal of pretty good" for the 2004, Chrysler turns around and delivers this crapwagon.

This minivan has problems ranging from rack and pinion steering failure to door locks that won't let you out. And trust me, you'll want to get out.

Rear hatch broken. OOPS. I refer to the electrical lift gate on this vehicle. The motor works and tries to open the lift gate. In doing so it attempts to shatter the rear window--That would suck--NO?

I now have to use a side door to load the wheel chair--not good. When ones uses a wheel chair frequently it is most difficult to open and load the chair.

Is this an only case or do others have this issue? Is there a simple fix--not expensive?
