Consumer was driving on the freeway while it was raining. When consumer changed lanes and used turn signal on driver's side the windshield wipers stopped. Consumer believed that she may have let the turn signal switch go back to the middle position and windshield wipers began to work again. Consumer had a recall on power steering fixed at the dealer, but did not fix the windshield wiper problem. Windshield wipers failed twice since recall repairs were done. Consumer said this happened all three times that she was on the freeway. Doesn't seem to happen when not using the turn signal.
