The contact owns a 2003 Chrysler Town and country. The vehicle was turned on and in the park position on a slight slope when it began to roll backwards. The contact was removing items from the passenger side door when the vehicle started to roll. The insurance investigator stated that the vehicle had a false park defect, which means that the vehicle would slip out of the park position into reverse without warning. The current and failure mileages were 60,000.
