Brakes locked, had it towed and fixed. Missed my grandson's ball game. Brakes locked, had it towed and fixed, sat in restaurant waiting for 2 hours during trip from MD to MI. Brakes totally redone-whatever they do -more money.

Emergency brake disconnected. It locks up too. (No inspection in MD). Third time and all subsequent brake lockups - I pull over, get a drink (coffee) and a snack and the brakes unlock on their own and I go on my way. You must run this van regularly or the brakes will lock up! My neighbor has the same problem with his. Don't know much about cars-this unlocking process was strictly trial and error, but it works for me and costs a couple $ for snack and a 15 minute wait.
