The portable travel child seat is not able to be installed in the vehicle properly. Several technicians tried unsuccessfully to install child seat in vehicle.
Inspection by a child protection system technician, revealed the shoulder harness on the intergrated child safety seat of 2002 Chrysler T/C would not retract. This is same problem occured on the 2nd seat child seat in van. This poses a serious hazard to the child because the child safety seat may not function properly in a crash.
