Transmission started shuddering and slipping. Vehicle operation was unsafe. Vehicle taken to dealer and they stated premature failure of lower planetary gear set and torque convertor failure. Stated vehicle not covered under warranty. Dealer invoice states lower reverse planetary gearset "came apart"
The transmission whining, shutters into gear, limited acceleration...car is 2 years old, out of warranty with 60K miles, although we thought we had 7 / 70 on power train...dealership refuses to cover cost O fix.
