While driving consumer's vehicle was involved in a crash. It was hit by another vehicle which was moving at 60 mph. However, upon impact, air bags did not deploy. Consumer had received a letter of recall for the clock spring the very same day. Driver and passenger sustained injuries. On the same day, consumer received a recall for clock spring.
Airbag warning light illuminated and horn, radio and cruise control functions on the steering wheel stopped functioning. This is related to a "clock spring" mechanism that was similar to prior year recalls, but not included in the 2000 my.
I had a clicking in my steering wheel with air bag light going on & off then it final stayed on. I had no horn or cruise control or radio controls on steering wheel. Took to dealer for repair.
While driving on highway travelling 30mph on icy roads, ems going the opposite direction, lost control and hit another vehicle which collided into consumer's vehicle. Upon impact, neither airbag deployed.
