The contact owns a 1998 Chrysler Town and country. The contact was driving approximately 10 mph when the front driver's side wheel completely seized in an outward direction. The vehicle was inspected and it was discovered that the front strut mount was fractured. The vehicle was towed to the contact's residence and was not repaired. There was a technical service bulletin for the failure under NHTSA action number: 10000317 (structure:body). The manufacturer was notified of the problem. The approximate failure mileage was 137,000.
Experiencing problem with various excessive leakages coming into vehicle due to body alignment. Dealer / manufacturer notified, and unwilling to assist in this matter. Please provide any further details on this matter.
