Consumer states that while driving at any speed the vehicles engine will died, and then consumer can restart and it will continue to go. Cause is unknown. Nlm

While driving engine will quit working and electrical system will not work. Then consumer will let vehicle set for about an hour, and will start again. The consumer took the vehicle to the dealer and they could not find anything wrong.
Engine has quit without warning while being driven six times between 1/1/00 and 5/17/00. Engine stalling while traveling at highway speed of 60-65 mph, and restart itself. Also, engine would stall at low speed of 30 or less, and cut off completely. Vehicle been to two different dealers, and nothing could be found.
Consumer put vehicle in drive and vehicle experienced surged, crashing into a church, consumers foot was not on the accelerator at any time, the air bags failed to deploy. Consumer recently experienced a bad fuel smell and difficulty starting vehicle, a dealer stated that they could not find any problems and that the consumer needed to take the vehicle back to the dealer where it was purchased, consumer had the fuel pump replaced.
Driving over very small amount of water or if rains water gets underneath vehicle, the vehicle will lose all power/completely stalling, causing safety hazard.
Engine failed on interstate while traveling at 70 mph. Dealers have not been able to correct problem. Engine still backfires and the service engine light is on. Especially dangerous for driver who is disbled and it is difficult to control without the use of power steering and brakes.
When traveling and upon making a complete stop, the vehicle will cut off without prior warning. Consumer stated that after taking the key out the ignition and restarting the vehicle there is no problem. Consumer has contacted the dealer, dealer has yet to find the problem.
