The trunk shocks are good, except the part attached to the vehicle broke off. I can't bear the thought that if my kids were in the back, helping me unload, that the heavy door would have just slammed on them or even myself!!! The door could not close properly, I carefully drove to auto repair shop- who then took trunk shock part out but could not secure the door shut. I then took vehicle to another auto repair shop who was able to secure my trunk door.
As of now, I am haunted by what could have happened and not sure how to go on about it.....
