Front drivers seat moved all the way forward nearly pinning driver in the vehicle. Vehicle is a 1997 Chrysler mini-van. Seats have a 2 setting memory feature. And it was determined that the memory module failed.
While driivng driver put the van in park to set the driver's side view mirror. When hitting the remote to save the setting in memory, driver's seat moved all the way forward, pinning the driver in the seat. The van was taken to the dealership. Improper voltage was found in the volt sense circuit and the wiring harness was improperly routed. The problem was corrected.
