There has been premature front pad and rotor wear. On average, I've repaired my brakes twice a year. Most of my service was completed by a Chrysler Service Department. I have contacted Chrysler Corporation and the service department, without success. The Chrysler Corporation states it is not a manufacturing defect and that I should contact the service department. The only reimbursement offered was cost of diagnostic. ($30.00) When I contacted the Service Manager, he stands behind the quality of service rendered. I have spent a substantial amount of money trying to get my brakes repaired, not just to insure my safety but other drivers. I know without a doubt there is both human error with the service department and overall manufacturing defect. No one should repair brakes every 6 months.
