CarComplaints.com Notes: After a horrific run of complaints and headaches, Chrysler introduced its 3rd generation Sebring starting with the 2007 model year. While there was a bit of complaint carryover, things eventually settled down and in 2009 the Sebring became one of the least complained about cars we have on record that model year. I know, it shocks us too.
If you’re shopping for a used car you could do better than a 2009 Sebring. But the fact of the matter is you could also do worse. A lot worse. And for that reason we gave this car our “Seal of Pretty Good.”

Oil warning light comes on at low revs. My mechanic changed the oil pressure switch - no change. Put car into a Chrysler dealer and what a waste of time and energy they are! First they changed the oil pressure switch although they knew that it had been done - charged me $950. Then they changed the oil and filter, charge me another $200. Still not fixed. Then they checked the strainer I the sump, still no change but no charge! Now they want to "inspect the pick up", whatever that is and charge me another $650 WITHOUT any guarantee it will fix the problem. Does anyone have a fix as Chrysler can't fix their own cars !!!!
