The contact owns a 2008 Chrysler Sebring equipped with Firestone primewell tires, size: 215/65/R15. The contact stated that she constantly placed air in the tires. The dealer and manufacturer were not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed. The tire failure mileage was 84,000. The VIN and vehicle failure mileage were unknown.
When checking the pressure on my tire, the valve popped out and completely deflated the tire. The valve stem will have to be completely replaced, which includes the tire sensor.
Tires pressures are repeatedly low. Air valve stem broke off when putting more air in tire causing tire to completely deflate. Air valve stem is made of plastic. Air temperature was around 15 degrees.
