I have this knocking noise that occurs every time you drive the car for about 15-20 minutes. Almost like something has heated up and swelled up inside the engine. It will get louder overtime. I am not sure if it even is safe to drive like this. You can feel it in the petals and up through the steering wheel when you are driving. You really notice it when you turn the wheel in either direction.
