I was pulling into my parking garage at work when i heard a chirp. I thought someone was honking at me. When I parked my horn started blaring very loudly. It was very embarrassing. I opened the hood and looked for the relay in the fuse box (there isn't a horn relay inside the fuse box). As I removed the fusebox lid, the horn stopped. I figure this must be a short in the horn circuit. I could not find the short and ended up unplugging both horns. This is a major safety issue and a hassle when people don't see the light turn green in front of me. Given my other issues with this car, I'm thinking it is the TIPM. (wipers are random also, see other entry).
