I was pulling into my parking garage at work when i heard a chirp. I thought someone was honking at me. When I parked my horn started blaring very loudly. It was very embarrassing. I opened the hood and looked for the relay in the fuse box (there isn't a horn relay inside the fuse box). As I removed the fusebox lid, the horn stopped. I figure this must be a short in the horn circuit. I could not find the short and ended up unplugging both horns. This is a major safety issue and a hassle when people don't see the light turn green in front of me. Given my other issues with this car, I'm thinking it is the TIPM.
