While operating the vehicle in wet and humid conditions, the electronic throttle indicator would illuminate and the vehicle's speed would suddenly reduce to approximately 20 mph. In addition, the brakes and power steering malfunctioned. In addition, the engine would erroneously rev very high and the accelerator pedal would lose tension and traveled to the floorboard. The vehicle was taken to several unknown local dealers, but the failures could not be duplicated. The vehicle was not repaired. Furthermore, when refueling in colder weather conditions, the fuel would spray out of the filler hole. The cause of the failure was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failures. The failure mileage was 10,000.
The brakes lock up on me while in driving if I have to stop suddenly the brakes lock up which caused my husband to get into a car accident I've had them change almost 45 times within a year period and I know brakes shouldn't ware that fast,
The car will stop suddenly while driving I've been told its an electrical issue in the transmission, but I see from the recalls that Chrysler knows about these issues yet these cars are still been sold and driven even though they can have very dangerous consequences. The doors locks and unlocks on their own, the lights flicker. The car will also while in park jerk and rev as if someone is hitting the gas even though they are not, this also happens when in drive and my foot is on the break

The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed, but the technician was unable to determine the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicle was towed to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the brake booster failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 50,000.
Air bag indicator light constantly beeps and stays on for periods of time. When I'm on the on-ramp entering a highway and driving in a curve the brake indicator light comes on. Sometimes it comes on while driving on a flat surface. Since I've had this car, the right front tire pressure has never read. It just reads -- where the number should be. I have had to replace my crank position sensor twice. I lost acceleration while driving.the second time I had to replace the electrical throttle something (etc) as well. Now it is out a 3rd time. Luckily I was in my driveway this time! please recall!
Car turns off automatically at low speed. Brakes lock at the same time this happens. I took it back to dealer to get serviced, and they stated that nothing was found. The serviceman did tell me that he called the Chrysler Corp, and they told him they never heard of anything like this happening but on a forum on the internet, there are many complaints of this occurring. I told the man that it is a safety issue and how dangerous it is, and he agreed with me. This malfunction occurred two times already since I bought the car from the dealer. I brought the car back yesterday Dec 27, 2014, because as I was at a stop light, the light changed green, the transmission shifted gears at the same time I accelerated on the gas to go and I heard clicking for about a mile. The noise went away. I explained the problem to the serviceman and I was told that I need sway bars now. I just purchased the car in Sept of this year, and I'm so disappointed to encounter all these problems. My extended warranty does not cover the work. I also say that this has been wearing from the previous owner and I am not at fault, nor should I have to pay for the work. I seriously do not even want this car anymore, and I am paying for it monthly from a loan they gave me from capital one financing. This is chaos, and has exacerbated my illness of having Ms. I was duped. Please help.
I had no brake lights and the seat belt indicator light kept dinging as well as the tire low indicator. It was all because of the total intergrated power module. It was on back order for five weeks. It cost $750 for just the part. I feel Chrysler doesn't recall these even after 1000S of complaints because it is to costly. They are making money on the part alone. I will never buy another Chrysler over them not doing the right thing. I could've been rear ended over this. It cost me 995 just to get the tipm put in. I still haven't fixed the seat belt dinging or the low tire dinging yet. Hate to see how much that will cost. Somebody needs to make Chrysler do the right thing and issue a recall. Safety before anything.
The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler Sebring. The contact stated that while driving at no particular speed, the rear brakes failed causing the rear wheels to seize independently. The failure was intermittently recurring over a five month span. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the ECU, hcu and the traction control module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 77,000.
I was going park under my carport and the car would not stop, I kept pressing the brakes down as hard as I could but the car kept moving until I pulled the emergency brake almost went into my house. Another incident where I was crossing the thruway and the car stalled in the middle of the intersection with cars coming, close to getting hit by multiple cars, other incidents where the car kills while under the red light, have to restart it.
