I just bought a 2006 Sebring convertible touring edition, I had driven to work 23 freeway miles. I noticed there was a lot of wind noise with the top up. I checked to make sure it was latched properly. On the way home I had the same wind noise(it was a windy day) after 20 miles on the freeway at 65 mph in rush hour traffic, the top gave way & blew back. You can see where the latch scraped. I almost had an accident in rush hour traffic. I think their is a seal defect. The dealer claims I was at fault, and it was not latched properly. The car had been purchased 4/27/06.
