We noticed at around 40,000 miles that the horn will just start honking by itself. If you drive down the street the horn honks. It does make for a very dangerous situation and should be recalled in my opinion. I don't know how many times I've almost been run over now because I can't use my horn. Only way to keep it from blowing whenever it wants to is to pull the fuse. Seems to happen more in colder weather, but have also been told that the problem also affects the airbags in the car.
