First time this issue occurred we discovered two inches of standing water in the car, had drain tube blown out and dried out interior. Seemed to work fairly well... for a while. Did this about 5 more times normally when in for oil change. Problem was common in summer time, go figure Florida weather= Full blast A/C. Until I moved to NC and found the floor soaking wet in the middle of December... well my A/C isn't running now so take it in to an A/C shop. Back up on the lift, (*notice to convertible owners unless you want winkles in your roof release the latches before it gets lifted) blow out drain tube no water comes out... so much for ten minutes. Several of the men at the shop are now looking at decide to try pouring water down the grills in front of the windshield and it pours right out, their response "well that's not good." after an hour we still don't know the issue so the current "fix" is put a paper towel under the silencer to try to find the leak, should the paper towel become wet/ soaked again the car will go back to the A/C shop for major damage control including ripping out the dash board as nothing on a Chrysler is easy to get to. At this point is now a question of a faulty seal. And just as this fun begins I have noticed an annoying whine at the driver front, associated most often with wheel speed, and when it went in for an overdue oil change was told my oil was leaking in two places and had covered the entire undercarriage when only two days early was complimented on the cleanliness of the undercarriage, I saw it and it was CLEAN! Once the water issue is resolved most of the passenger side carpeting and silencer will be needing a replacement and the floor needs to be resurfaced. don't want to know the amount of money that will be spent here.
