I have been in contact with chrysler since this happened in May seven months ago. When it happened the seat was on fire it burned the seat my coat and purse that were sitting on the seat. I drove straight to the dealership with the seat still smoking so they could disconnect the wiring. They did disconnect the wiring and they took pictures of all of it. After many many calls to them, they say they will get back to us and they never ever have. I keep caling them and they say they have to come out to inspect but then someone in chrysler corp cancels the inspection without even letting me know, I am continuing to contact them and they just say they will check back and call me back - then they do not call back. If the car had been in my garage at the time of the fire - my whole house could have burned down. I am very very upset about this. I have a hole in my one seat and I can't use the heated seats, never mind the other articles that burned. If anyone has any suggestions as to how to fix this problem please let me know.
