When you turn the lights on at night sometimes they come on and sometimes they will not. If they do come on they go off. Everything else works when I turn on the lights, it is just the dash light. Had several mechanics look at it and they cannot find a short anywhere.
I'm having problem with 2004 Chrysler Sebring dashboard background lighting going on and off for extended times that's been troubleshot several times by Chrysler dealer and with a BCM (Module BO 8035029) being replaced due to power lost at Pin 12 Connector the last time. The problem still exists. VIN is 1C3EL65R04N161596. Have also had short fixed that blew fuse under fuse box in engine compartment that prevented car from starting. Is currently back in shop after battery change because battery died just two weeks later. Any ideas?
