When I park my car or stop at intersection it does not move when I give gas, I give more and more gas then car start moves. What could be the problem I don't know. Dtc is P0007 showing transaxle.
The timing chain/guides/tensioner has failed in the vehicle with only 91000 miles on the odometer. I have experienced the oil light coming on at idle and have been told by the dealer that the issue is the sensor. This did not correct the problem.
While driving my 2001 Chrysler sebring the car would jolt as you are coming to a stop. The car at this time had 89,958 miles on it. After a complete diagnostic service by aamco transmissions the transmission was reconditioned with rebuilt torque converter. Cost me $2,700.
I purchased a 2001 Chrysler Sebring 5 years ago. Nice looking car, but the engine is total junk. Transmission leaks, leaks oil, power steering, massive vibration when at a stop, massive engine noise. Engine is junk. Had to trade in for a much better and reliable car. I will not purchase Chrysler again.
Since I bought my vehicle in 2001 I had problems with my window, steering clicking, power train computer and transmission computer, tapping in the engine, engine failure, crankshaft, now servere knocking. I will not advice anyone to purchase a Sebring from chysler. It's sad that chysler not helping correct the problems that their vehicle has.

The stock replacement part provided by the manufacturer was at least five times heavier than the original part. The gauge of the original cushion spring was much less than the stock replacement part.
