After stopping at a gas station and getting out of vehicle, it suddenly lurched backward throwing the consumer to the ground, causing serious injuries to her left leg as it came into contact with the drivers side door, vehicle also collided with the cement buffer at the end of the fuel island and the rear bumper of a parked vehicle, attorney states this incident is identical to the failure of the Jeep Grand Cherokee.
