Involved in head-on collision seat belt or seat did not hold and neither of the front air bags did not deploy serious injuries occurred to driver of vehicle.
Air bags failed to deploy when vehicle was involved in a crash. Consumer was forced into a telephone pole, traveling at an unknown speed. The vehicle was totalled eventhough the air bags failed to deploy.
While traveling at 30 mph on icy road condition vehicle spun out of control and landed facing West, when a 18 wheeler hit consumer at about 65 mph, and none of airbags deployed. The air bags failed on head collision prior to the accident, the engine had over heated and would not start. Door won't open due to power locks failure.
Front air bags didn't deploy upon impact. Throttle got stuck while going in reverse at 5mph. Vehicle went to full throttle/going into drive and backing over a curve, jumping a 2 feet retainer wall & into a building. Dealer seemed to be concerned, but not aware of the problem.
While traveling 5 mph, vehicle rolled into the bumper of the car in front of it. As a result of the accident vehicle caught fire, there was no air bag deployment.
While driving 35- 40 mph vehicle had a direct frontal impact in which the driver's and passenger's airbags did not deploy, which did not protect the occupant in this crash. No previous problems with the airbags.
