The problem first surfaced after a tune-up. I thought maybe the Mitsubishi engine may have seals around the plugs like Honda’s engine. Apparently, that is not the case.
After a diagnostic test on the engine, the fix action started with re-replacing plugs and wires. Next, I had the distributor replaced. I would greatly appreciate any help identifying the problem. If not, the fuel filter is my next suspect. I might add, other than the check engine light, the car runs great.
