The contact owns a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. The contact stated while driving 10 MPH, the drivers-?? side rear door opened unexpectedly. The contact-??s daughter had to grasp and hold the door until the contact was able to pull over the vehicle to the side of the road. Additionally, the contact stated that the vehicle started to drift and noticed a failure with the transmission. No warning lights were illuminated. The contact stated that the transmission was previously repaired by the dealer, but the failure persisted. The dealer was contacted but a diagnostic test was not performed. The manufacturer was notified of the failure from the dealer and a case was opened. The failure mileage was approximately 23,756.
