The contact owns a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. The contact stated while driving 70 MPH, several unknown warning lights were displayed on the instrument panel. The contact stated that the brake pedal seized and could not be depressed. Due to the failure, the contact was forced to coast the vehicle to a complete stop. The contact had the vehicle towed to a dealer where it was diagnosed with an ABS module failure. The contact stated that the ABS module was replaced under warranty. The contact stated that the failure recently returned while approaching a stop sign. The same symptoms occurred during the failure and the contact was able to make a right turn and coast the vehicle to a complete stop. The vehicle was towed back to the dealer where it was diagnosed with a brake booster failure. The contact was informed that the parts were on backorder and that the repair would be covered under warranty. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but offered no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 55,000.
