Additionally, the rotatory gear shift dial was unmovable, and the vehicle failed to turn off while depressing the Push to Start button. The contact stated that he was able to turn off the vehicle after 3-4 minutes. The contact stated that upon restarting the vehicle, the vehicle operated as needed. The contact stated that the failure occurred on four occasions. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that the power inverter module needed to be replaced; however, the part was not available. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and a case was opened. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000.
