About 4 months ago the service hybrid light came on around the time the battery was at 0 percent and all the controls went off line , cruise control shut off, still drive able with the gas engine but all lights are on, plugged in to charge and the next day it was fine until battery hit 0 again, took the van to the Chrysler dealer we got it from and the cant find out what's wrong with it , told us to come get it and bring it back when it does it again.

When we go to pick it up it wont go in to any gear, the shifter knob is stuck in park and won't move, they check it now that's it messing up and still cant find what's wrong with it. Only thing they told us is that the hybrid system was not meant to be run down below10 percent, which is a dumb statement since we've had the van for 3 years and it just started doing this, but after 4 months with no help from them and with us still making payments on the van I am searching for any help.. its had to believe we are the lucky ones that have the only hybrid van with problems like this
