The contact owns a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica hybrid. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 19V143000 (suspension). The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. Bravo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of alhambra (located at 1100 w main St, alhambra, ca 91801, (626) 283-5212) was contacted and confirmed that the part was not available. The manufacturer was not contacted. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
Fiat/Chrysler will not give me a time frame as to when recall V15 (right ball joint issue). I have called several dealerships and Chrysler corporate and they cannot give me any more information other than "we will let you know". there is no time frame whatsoever. Currently my vans ball joint is bad and making clunking noises and they will not address this concern regarding a time frame for a fix for it.
