The contact owns a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds on several occasions, there was a clicking noise emanating from the engine compartment and the vehicle began shaking. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, and the contact was informed that the control arm and bushings needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicle was then taken to a dealer who was unable to replicate the failure on one occasion; however, on another occasion, the vehicle was taken to the same dealer where it was diagnosed and determined that the alternator needed to be replaced. The failure persisted. The vehicle was taken to the same dealer where it was determined that the sway bar link needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired but the failure persisted. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 100,000.

I have less than 30,000 miles on my 2019 Chrysler Pacifica. I was told by the dealership both my lower front control arms need to be replaced. I have been hearing this squeaky sound for a couple of months I did not expect anything like this. The Dealership said this is not Safety Problem. When does it become a Safety problem?

We purchased this vehicle new in August 2019. Since, we have had it in for service multiple times concerning a popping/creaking noise from the front suspension. Most recently, the vehicle has been at the dealership/service department since February 8, 2023, and they are unable to remedy the issue. My own research shows a recall of approximately 48,000, 2018 Chrysler Pacificas, manufactured in the same plant as ours (Windsor, ON) concerning a faulty right-font lower control arm, which can separate from the steering knuckle, causing a loss in steering. I don't believe it is just a coincidence that we are having the same issue on our 2019 vehicle. Attached you will find all of the repairs made to our vehicle, however, the noise persists.

Multiple issues. First the ESS system has malfunctioned twice since purchase in 2019, required maintenance and aux battery replacement twice within 1 year. The major issue is the breaks/rotors/suspension. For the last year and a half I have been taking the van in for inspections... initially stated I did not need brakes/rotors at the dealership even though I was having slight squeaking and grinding, after bring it back a third time I was told oh yea you need them and its gonna cost $1,800. I then got a second opinion, they said the brakes and pads looked fine but if I wanted they would replace the pads in an attempt to make the squeaking stop. the squeaking stopped for about 10 days but the grinding and "metal rubbing" sound never has, they replaced the pads 3 more times. They stated it is not the brakes/rotors but fail to give a reason. He mentioned it is a body suspension issue, which I have been asking about for over a year. Very frustrating. Also my sliding van doors keep malfunctioning to work sometimes, or require manual opening and closing with no apparent reason. So disappointed with less then 60,000 miles

My vehicle at 28, k plus miles I noticed it seemed to slip. This would happen intermittently. I thought I was imagining it at first. Then it started to do a more violent jerking. The dealership did a reset. It started doing it a week later, and intermittently. I was also in the dealership because I was hearing a clunking noise in the rear when driving over uneven pavement, or backing out of my driveway. I have been waiting two months for rear struts to fix the issue. Vehicle sounds getting progressively worse and I'm concerned about driving. Today the rear struts wear promised to arrive. I was just told they will arrive Sept 10, 2021. Three days ago, an alert symbol popped onto my dash screen -a yellow circle with an A inside followed by an exclamation mark. I am bringing my vehicle in on August 30, 2021. The dealer said I need to have the battery charged!" They are also going to reset the transmission slipping program, again. Are other 2019 vehicles having the same issues"
